I work with adolescents, adults and families informed by my formal training, internships, and work experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, PTSD and trauma, self-harm, and substance abuse and addiction recovery. I have spent the last ten years gaining experience to deliver trauma-informed therapeutic and yoga care.

Each session will begin with a check in and self report, and we will wrap up with a tangible SMART goal. Everything in between will be engaging and challenging. Every session will be a small personal victory that continues to unfold its lessons until the next session, until you are ready to reduce or terminate our sessions altogether.
