Great to meet you!

Ever feel like you're ready for something better but feel stuck to get there? My goal is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your story, find healing, and connect with relationships that are meaningful to you.

Each person’s story is unique, and my approach is to support you in meeting your goals and creating a path that fits who you are.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. Growth happens when we combine self-understanding with practical tools for daily life. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin— just a willingness to explore what’s possible. I'd be honored to walk alongside you, connecting motivation, confidence, and a sense of direction.

My journey into mental health began with a deep appreciation for family and community. Over time, my own well-being grew as I learned to value the irreplaceable love of life and self. I’m committed to helping others build healthy relationship patterns and feel genuinely seen, appreciated, and loved.

Clients describe my communication style as clear, calm, and patient—with empathy and warmth that make it easier to open up about life’s most sensitive matters. In therapy, I understand that difficult and often heartbreaking experiences are shared, and I honor and treasure those moments with care.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, so we’ll take things at your pace. My role is to offer warmth, patience, and gentle guidance as we begin this process together—one step at a time. Our first session is a calm and welcoming space for us to get to know each other and begin building trust and a therapeutic connection.
