Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for adults and older adults. I treat depression, anxiety, thought disorders, sleep concerns, and mood changes related to medical or life stressors.

I believe treatment should feel structured but not overwhelming. We will talk through options clearly, review risks and benefits, and create a plan together. I value transparency, accountability, and follow-through. My goal is to help you feel more stable, more in control, and better equipped to manage stressors long term.

I have extensive experience working with individuals managing chronic mental conditions, cognitive changes, grief, and complex psychosocial stressors. I also understand the pressure healthcare professionals and caregivers face and provide a space that is direct, respectful, and judgment-free.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. I combine medication management with brief, supportive therapy techniques such as CBT-based strategies, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing. I focus on clear communication, realistic coping tools, and treatment plans that feel manageable.

What you can expect from me

We will review your current concerns, symptoms, stressors, medical history, past treatments, and what has or hasn’t worked for you before.

I will ask structured questions to get a full picture, but there is space for you to share what feels most important. My style is direct, supportive, and collaborative. You can expect clear explanations and time to ask questions.

By the end of the session, we will discuss impressions, review treatment options, and create a practical plan. This may include therapy strategies, lifestyle recommendations, medication options, or a combination.

The goal is for you to leave with clarity, direction, and a next step that feels manageable.
