Great to meet you!
Seeking help can feel overwhelming, and finding the right provider is an important step. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing what brings you to treatment.
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 14 years of healthcare experience. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns.
I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Florida and later completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Florida State University. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with compassion, collaboration, and individualized care. I believe that mental health care should be personalized, practical, and focused on helping you achieve meaningful and lasting improvement.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs Coco Chanel and Bentley, listening to Christian music, and finding opportunities for personal growth and reflection. My Christian faith plays an important role in my life and influences the compassion, empathy, and purpose I bring to my work. For patients who desire it, I am happy to provide care that is respectful of and supportive of their faith and values.
