Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m Dr. Sukriti Gupta, a South Asian psychotherapist & psychologist fellow with both a doctoral degree and master’s-level clinical training, specializing in children, marriage and family therapy. I help adults, children, teens, and families feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow—especially when relationships feel overwhelming or disconnected.

My approach to therapy

With over a decade of advanced education and immersive clinical experience, I bring both depth and compassion to our work. My training in family systems means I don’t just treat symptoms—I help you uncover and shift the relational and emotional patterns that keep you stuck.

As a South Asian therapist, I offer a culturally attuned, trauma-informed space where we can explore complex identity issues, generational pressures, relationship dynamics, and the emotional toll of navigating multiple worlds.

In addition to working with adults and families, I also enjoy working with children. I connect with kids through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate approaches. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety or emotional regulation challenges, I provide a safe and supportive space where they can grow, build resilience, and feel truly understood.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me, "You get it—and you get me." If you're ready to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your relationships, let’s connect. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
