Florida has been my home for many years after leaving my beautiful Dominican Republic. I feel passionate about normalizing therapy and helping my community navigate life challenges. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which has been proven highly successful in helping you manage stressors by changing the way you think and behave. I also use a combination of mindfulness techniques, motivational interventions, and holistic suggestions including nutrition. I have a good balance between empathy and boundaries which allows a healthy exchange of ideas. I use humor appropriately and I promote an environment of acceptance and mutual respect where you will feel seen/heard.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
