Great to meet you!

Imagine waking up feeling a little calmer, lighter, and more confident because you have real tools to handle your anxiety, anger, frustration, and fear. For nearly 30 years, I’ve supported people in a warm, nonjudgmental way so they can feel better and build lives that feel more meaningful. I’ve worked with hundreds of adults from many different racial and cultural backgrounds, and I’d be honored to support you, too.

My approach to therapy

Many of us are taught to push down pain and stay stuck in unhealthy patterns. Learning to truly accept and care for yourself—especially after hard experiences—can feel like a lot, but when you start to shift how you think and feel, your life begins to shift too. I bring humor, care, and compassion into our work so the process feels human and hopeful, not heavy.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will feel like a real conversation. You’ll share your story, and together we’ll look at your challenges from new angles and practice new responses that actually move you forward. I know vulnerability can feel uncomfortable, so I’m intentional about creating a warm, inviting, and safe space to be yourself. If you’re ready to start feeling different, I’d love to work with you.
