Great to meet you!
Hello, I’m Sumaia Ebrahim, PMHNP-BC — a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping clients find healing, hope, and balance. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University and bring a unique perspective as a foreign-trained physician (MD). This combined background allows me to understand both physical and mental health deeply and to provide comprehensive, whole-person care.
I proudly serve clients from diverse backgrounds and offer services in both English and Arabic, ensuring culturally informed and accessible mental health care for Arabic-speaking individuals and families.
I provide evidence-based and holistic treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and other mood or behavioral challenges. I believe that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and regain stability with the right tools and support.
My goal is to empower you to understand your emotions, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward lasting emotional wellness. Together, we will work toward creating the life you deserve — one filled with clarity, strength, and balance.
