Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting people through some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, and I approach each person with genuine curiosity, respect, and care. I provide therapy exclusively to individual adults (18+), allowing me to offer focused, developmentally appropriate care.

My work focuses on helping clients navigate concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Over the years, I’ve seen how often these struggles are connected to earlier experiences that left lasting emotional imprints. Because of this, I take a trauma‐informed approach—one that honors your story, recognizes the impact of past wounds, and creates space for healing, growth, and self‐understanding.

My goal is to offer a warm, grounded environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating trauma and utilize both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a powerful healing experience that helps them regain control over past experiences, fostering self-awareness, strength, and emotional freedom. While the journey may be intense, it is guided with care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for transformation.
