My name is Summer and I’m a licensed therapist in NC. My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-improvement, and relationships. I use a variety of approaches and techniques that are geared for the needs of each individual client.

I understand the uncertainty that you may feel when you are unsure of how to move forward in life. The pressures of life can often cause us to not know where to turn, who to talk to, or how to handle them. Let me help you work through the feelings you are experiencing to become a better you.
