Great to meet you!

With nearly 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting women, first responders, fellow therapists, teens, and young adults through life's many challenges. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or the unique pressures of your profession, I offer both faith-based and general mental health counseling tailored to your needs. My approach blends warmth, humor, and practical strategies-because therapy should feel like progress, not punishment. If you're looking for a therapist who listens, challenges, and occasionally makes you laugh, look no further.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative-meaning we're in this together, and your input matters. Every person is unique, so I tailor our work to fit your specific challenges and goals rather than using canned feedback and cookie-cutter strategies. I also believe therapy should be effective and worth your time. If something isn't working, I want to hear about it! If you feel like therapy isn't helpful, we'll explore how to get things back on track (no awkward silence required). After all, the goal is to help you make meaningful change, not increase your skill of zoning out.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a conversation, not a lecture-expect a casual, supportive space where we'll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are all connected. Together, we'll uncover any blind spots that might be keeping you stuck and develop practical skills to help you move forward. My approach is a mix of insight, humor, and real-world strategies because change doesn't have to be intimidating (or boring). You'll leave each session with a better understanding of yourself and the tools to tackle life's challenges with confidence. And rest assured-I promise not to just nod and ask, "How does that make you feel?''
