Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for thoughtful, supportive care for yourself or your child, therapy can be a place to gain clarity and relief from what feels overwhelming. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on supporting young people and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional challenges.

I’m a Missouri native currently based in St. Louis and have training in working with clients across the lifespan. My work is grounded in helping clients understand what’s contributing to their symptoms and finding practical, effective ways to move forward. I take a solution-focused approach while also drawing on insight-oriented therapy to help clients make meaningful and lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as warm and lighthearted, while also appreciating my ability to be direct and appropriately challenging when needed. I believe therapy works best when there’s honesty, trust, and a shared commitment to understanding what’s really driving the concerns you’re experiencing.

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, as well as adults facing more complex mental health concerns. My focus is on identifying core issues and helping clients address them with clarity, determination, and, when helpful, a sense of humor.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. We’ll talk through your current concerns, review relevant symptoms, and begin developing a shared understanding of what support might be most helpful.

You can expect a collaborative conversation where your goals and preferences are taken seriously. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer direction for treatment and next steps that feel aligned with what you want from therapy.
