Great to meet you!
You’ve probably spent a lot of time being the strong one. You don’t have to do everything alone.
I believe therapy starts with feeling genuinely understood. My approach is warm, personalized, practical, and direct. I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what’s happening, and be honest with you about what may need to change.
I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, compulsions, addictions, and personality-related concerns. I also work with individuals who are becoming aware of personality-related patterns in themselves and want support understanding and changing those patterns.
I have a particular interest in working with people who grew up with emotionally unpredictable, high-conflict, or personality-disordered family members and learned to put other people’s needs ahead of their own. These experiences can make it difficult to trust yourself, set boundaries, and build a life that feels truly your own. Together, we can explore where your needs may have been overlooked, where you may have become overly accommodating or enmeshed, and how those patterns continue to affect your relationships and sense of self.
I draw from CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring our work to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
I also have extensive experience working with adolescents and families around conflict, identity, communication, and boundaries.
My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself while gaining the insight and tools to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
Outside of therapy, I’m a wife and mom of four who enjoys the outdoors, cooking and baking, exploring new places, and continually learning.
