Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience working with individuals in multiple age groups, treating a wide-variety of issues including anxiety and depression, parenting challenges, family and relationship issues, communication, emotion recognition, transitions, eating disorders, grief, and trauma. Please feel free to schedule a time to meet with me to see if we are a good fit by using the scheduler to the right.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, where you are seen as the expert on your life and your personal values are set as the foundation of our work together. You will be met with authenticity, empathy, and absolutely no judgment. The best outcomes take shape when a client and provider build a synergistic relationship over time, discovering both what works and what needs refinement.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we will celebrate the small wins, take one moment at a time, and build resilience to do the hard things. It can be difficult to make that first step, but you are not alone once you do. Reaching out is the most difficult part.
