Welcome! I am a veteran of the United States military and have a passion for mental health. I first studied Psychology at the University of Washington and later graduated with my professional degree from Gonzaga University. I specialize in mental health, psychiatric medication management, and provide therapeutic intervention.
I am here to help you meet your goals. We will partner together to create a plan of action. I look forward to working with you.
Each session will address any concerns you have with your current mental health medications, current life stressors which may be impacting your mental health, and provide opportunities for questions and learning regarding your medication or mental health needs.
