Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, published author, and executive coach with decades of experience helping people navigate career transitions, grief and loss, and the impact of illness. Having worked with high-achieving professionals for years, I understand the pressure that comes with uncertainty and change—the constant decision-making, the need to appear strong even when you feel anything but, and the way personal challenges can shake everything you’ve built. My approach is rooted in helping you move through uncertainty with clarity and purpose, no matter what life throws your way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

From the moment we begin, you'll step into a judgment-free space where you can exhale, be heard, and sort through what’s weighing on you—no pressure, just support. I take an ACT-based approach (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), a form of CBT, that helps you make room for difficult emotions while taking purposeful action toward what truly matters. We’ll explore the thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns that keep you stuck, and focus on values-based, purpose-driven action. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about equipping you with the tools to navigate uncertainty and change with confidence and resilience.

We’ll explore the mental and emotional roadblocks that might be keeping you stuck, whether it’s burnout, grief, or adjusting to a health diagnosis. And if you’re facing a major transition, I’ll help you navigate it with a renewed sense of direction, rather than fear.

What you can expect from our first session

Over time, you’ll start to feel lighter, clearer, and more in control—not because the uncertainty disappears, but because you’ll have the skills and mindset to navigate it effectively. Burnout and health issues no longer define your experience. Instead, you’ll have a renewed sense of purpose, the ability to make decisions with clarity, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels both effective and sustainable.
