Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in WV with over 20 years experience in psychology, counseling, and behavioral health. I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with self-esteem or coping. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns and developing meaningful solutions.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy and tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Together, we will identify strengths, build effective coping skills, and work toward lasting positive change. I offer convenient telehealth services, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their own homes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and any previous experiences with counseling. This helps me gain a better understanding of your unique situation and treatment goals.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to achieve in therapy, and determine whether we’re a good fit. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan to help you move toward the changes and outcomes that are most important to you.
