Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe that everyone has strengths they can build upon, even during difficult times. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, family conflict, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. I value authenticity, collaboration, and meeting clients where they are in their journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and focused on creating meaningful change. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Parent Management Training, and solution-focused interventions. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, build resilience, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. My style is warm, supportive, direct when needed, and focused on helping clients feel empowered in their growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, current challenges, personal strengths, relevant history, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals and developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for your needs. My priority is helping you feel heard, understood, and confident about the path forward.
