Great to meet you!

Did you know that finding the right therapist can be a game-changer for your health?

Hi, I'm Dr. Frazier, a Clinical Psychologist with decades of experience supporting individuals facing challenges that impact their well-being.

My clinical background enables me to create treatment plans tailored to each patient's holistic needs. I treat mood disorders, trauma, substance use, chronic mental health issues, and significant life-changing transitions.

As a licensed clinician, I'm passionate about helping and empowering others to actively and proactively manage life's obstacles. Let's explore this together!

Just want to let you know that you don't have to struggle alone!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is essentially Integrative/Eclectic Therapy. This approach combines psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and psychodynamic treatment modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Reality Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Person-Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), etc.

As a clinician, I help patients navigate various life challenges, particularly trauma, mental health, non-mental health, substance use, and life-changing events, to tailor their specific goals. My approach emphasizes patients' strengths and challenges to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

I treat with respect, compassion, and empathy, recognizing the courage it takes to pursue change.

When you're ready to do the work, I'm here to support you.

What you can expect from me

I curtail engagement in the session to foster a collaborative partnership. This is your journey; your input is essential for us to explore the challenges.

I find that it is crucial to connect with you where you are to achieve a desirable outcome. Encouraging and maintaining open dialogue is essential for us to facilitate a practical approach.
