Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 4 years of experience. I hold an MS in Counseling (ULM, 2020) and a BS (LSU, 2013). My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your concerns, discover your inner strengths, and navigate life's challenges. With empathy and professionalism, I am dedicated to helping you achieve emotional well-being, personal growth, and a greater sense of fulfillment.

I specialize in providing therapy with an integrative approach rooted in behaviorism. I firmly believe that each individual possesses the inherent capacity to overcome their current challenges and regain control of their lives. As a counselor, my primary goal is to create a safe and secure space where clients can freely express themselves without fear of judgment.
