Great to meet you!

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider with over 20 years of experience in behavioral and mental health. I’ve had the privilege of providing therapeutic services to children and adults across many diverse settings, deeply shaping my approach and strengthening my commitment to helping people lead more meaningful lives. In addition to my work as a clinical therapist, my experience as an Executive Director of a behavioral health organization and as a Behavioral Health Advisor supporting more than 100 schools has given me a broad and nuanced understanding of human behavior. Combined with extensive clinical and neurobiological research in ADHD/self-regulation, stress, anxiety, and trauma, these experiences have allowed me to develop a comprehensive and practical toolbox of evidence-informed strategies and resources to address a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times. It’s normal to struggle with heavy emotions, intrusive thoughts, and behaviors that feel out of our control. I’m passionate about walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges—helping them better understand their emotions, build resilience, and regain a sense of balance and control. As your therapist, I will serve as your advocate, advisor, and coach—providing support, perspective, and practical tools to help you feel less overwhelmed and more empowered in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about you feeling comfortable. I will structure our session around your needs and your goals. My primary objective is for you to leave the session feeling supported, optimistic and excited about having a safe space to build the skills needed to navigate through any challenges you are experiencing.
