Great to meet you!

As a seasoned clinical psychologist—and a fellow human—I understand the experience of overcoming hardship. Drawing on my extensive clinical training and my own humanity, I am passionate about helping others heal and recover from the challenges life brings. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders and concerns, relationship difficulties, trauma, and emotional wounds. I consider it a true privilege to support people who seek therapy as a path toward healing, growth, and moving through emotional pain.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, relationship difficulties and relational trauma, as well as eating-related issues. My approach is primarily relational, meaning I view emotional distress as often rooted in painful relationship experiences that shape how we see ourselves and others. I believe a safe therapeutic relationship can help you gain insight, develop new perspectives, and feel more grounded and at peace. I draw from various approaches including CBT and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring treatment to your individual needs while bringing both clinical expertise and genuine human presence to our work.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to begin getting to know you and your story while ensuring you feel heard and understood. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and start identifying goals for our work together. A deeper understanding of you often unfolds over the first few sessions, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and together we will work to support your healing and growth.
