Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families break free from patterns that hold them back. I believe that while family dynamics shape how we communicate, feel, and meet our needs, those patterns don’t have to define our future.

I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University in 2017. I have engaged in additional training including coursework in IFS, Relational Life Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, and Relational Cultural Therapy.

My approach to therapy

With a collaborative and compassionate approach, I foster environments where relationships thrive on mutual respect, empathy, and unity. Whether you’re working through family-of-origin issues, overcoming fears, or seeking greater harmony, I offer the support and tools needed to promote emotional well-being, strengthen coping skills, and encourage personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your concerns, and begin identifying your goals for counseling. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can openly express their thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Together, we will explore the challenges you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be affecting your relationships, and begin developing practical skills to strengthen communication, build intimacy, improve coping strategies, and foster greater understanding and mutual respect. My goal is to help you create healthier relationships and a more harmonious environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

Therapy is a process, and we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Our first session is the beginning of that journey toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, personal growth, and healthier connections.
