Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by a major life transition, struggling to navigate an important relationship, or finding it difficult to feel at peace with your body? It takes immense courage to seek support, and you deserve a dedicated space where you feel genuinely seen and heard.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 18 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about supporting adults, young adults, and adolescents as they navigate the unique challenges of different life phases. Because no two people are the same, my therapeutic approach is entirely flexible and integrative. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; instead, I meet you exactly where you are, blending empathy with a dynamic environment to help you heal, grow, and build actionable coping skills.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we will collaboratively explore what brought you to therapy, establish your personal goals, and build a strong foundation of trust. Over time, my clients develop a much stronger sense of self, heightened motivation, and deep personal insight. There is nothing more satisfying to me than watching you discover the tools you need to thrive.
