Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and have spent many years working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. I focus on helping women, whether they be career professionals or hard working stay-at-home mothers, overcome the anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a supportive space for you to talk about what is so hard to share with others. And when you are ready, we can work together to find solutions and bring healing into your life. I am passionate about using EMDR, as well as other therapies, to help clients address the root causes of their challenges and find ways to thrive. As a yoga teacher and with a background in spirituality, I offer holistic care that tends to the body, mind and soul.

What you can expect from our first session

After sessions, you might find yourself having more motivation and feeling more at peace in your relationships and with yourself. What has weighed you down for years can become easier to hold. You can feel more like yourself again.
