Great to meet you!

Therapy starts with developing a therapeutic relationship centered around safety and trust. Together, we’ll explore beneath the surface and beyond the symptoms to help you navigate your way. The process of mental healing and wellness happens at your unique pace and part of my role is to hold a safe space for you to let it unfold. I have worked with a diversity of clients facing a variety of issues including relationship issues, life transitions, existential or spiritual matters, vocational stress, and trauma. I celebrate inclusivity and welcome those of diverse backgrounds and identities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, psychodynamic, humanistic, and integrative. I would describe my communication style as open, attuned, and collaborative. My intention is to create a safe environment where you can express yourself freely, fostering a genuine connection as we work together to uncover insights and foster your mental wellness

What you can expect from me

The first session is about learning about one another and setting the space. I will have some curious questions to get familiar with your hopes and expectations, but otherwise, I will meet you where you are and where you wish to begin. If you'd like to work together, you can reach me through the portal or schedule a consultation call on my calendar.
