Great to meet you!

Over 20 years of counseling/therapy within community programs and private practice and clinical supervision to others in New York City. MA, New York University and NYS LCAT license (Creative Arts Therapist) since 2006. Private practice focuses on adults working through life changes and decisions to improve their well-being/lifestyle; often to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Relationship and lifestyle change needs in all phases of adult life, including mid-life and later life.

My approach to therapy

Solution oriented through feedback and process application to give guidance and support to growth and understanding of underlying issues that affect one's decision making and lifestyle.

Strength based support to help clients create personal goals and make their own personal decisions within the change they desire.

Can help guide clients through process applications for behavior and cognitive change to meet their goals.

What you can expect from me

The process of change becomes a thought, behavioral/pattern change that reveals itself through commitment to the need change between sessions and in sessions. Clients are challenged to review their needs, and goals wanted and what hinders the change process. Client will also be challenges to find the process change they choose within themselves and their environment to meet their own personal goals.
