Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with expertise in working with individuals dealing with Autism, depression, anxiety, ID/DD, personality disorders, mood disorders and addiction issues. I have over 20 years of experience supporting folks in crisis and 25 years of experience in providing therapy for those living with serious mental illness like schizophrenia, addiction, and bipolar disorder. I offer person-centered and solution-based treatment that allows for personal growth through the use of interventions tailored to individual needs. I provide a safe space for exploration to build awareness and create real-life solutions for real-life difficulties. I know that functioning in this world can be hard, and interacting with other humans can be challenging. However, ALL humans have value, and we all can benefit from support that lifts us up to see this truth.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and discussing life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Together, we develop practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we work toward improving emotional well-being, building healthier coping skills, strengthening relationships, increasing self-confidence, and creating positive changes that can be carried into everyday life. Treatment goals are individualized, realistic, and focused on helping each client achieve meaningful and lasting progress.
