Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, attuned, and compassionate approach to therapy, creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore what is happening beneath the surface. My work is holistic and individualized, integrating emotional, relational, and nervous system awareness. Together, we look at both past and present experiences to support greater self-understanding, balance, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. I help clients understand and work with protective patterns while building trust in their internal wisdom. Therapy is collaborative and carefully paced, allowing what needs attention to emerge naturally rather than being forced. The goal is to support lasting change through insight, self-compassion, and increased nervous system regulation.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is present, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in your process. I prioritize safety, attunement, and emotional honesty, offering a space where all parts of you are welcome. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, clearer inside, and better able to trust yourself and your inner experience.
