Great to meet you!

Hello & Welcome! I'm Susan from Ohio, but now live in the Sunshine State. Educated at OSU and OU and have worked with all walks of life. Nothing much bothers me in conversations & I'm pretty much an open book myself. My main treatment go-tos are: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Beck's CBT, DeShazer's Solutions-Focused, Linehan's DBT, and a lot of Burns new techniques for anxiety or Gottman for couples.

My approach to therapy

Open-ended, supportive communication. I'm more of a listener than a talker, but I like to brainstorm the issues and their solutions with you.

What you can expect from me

Hopefully, that you will feel better, have new tools, &/or new ways at looking at the issues. It takes some work, but any progress is progress!
