Susan Dorairaj joins us from the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health and Public Health. Susan earned her master's degree from California State University Los Angeles. She specializes in community mental health and psychoeducation provided to adult clients in need of psychiatric services. Susan's therapeutic approach is medication management and supportive therapy.
My approach to care is centered on compassion, collaboration and evidence-based treatment. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. By combining medication management with supportive therapy, I am able to help individuals navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder by establishing tailored treatment plans. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and strategies they need to achieve stability, balance and improve well-being.
Working with me begins with a collaborative intake process where we explore your history, current needs and goals for treatment. I create a safe, supportive space to ensure you feel heard and understood. Progress is unique to each client, but it often involves increased clarity, stability and confidence as we address challenges to build on individual strengths.
