Frazier Counseling Services, LLC was founded on the principles of "personal resilience". You have the ability to "bounce back" from any situation with the right tools and voice of reasoning. You matter and we will meet you where you are and work towards identifying solutions that will yield positive results. We strive on creating a safe, warm environment for you to be transparent and open to the therapeutic process.
Over the last 20 years, I have been working to enhance my skills to address trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, family challenges, relationship issues, and grief. I use an integrative approach with elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Christian Counseling to help my clients find wholeness and healing in their lives.
You can expect a calm, supportive space where you are heard without judgment. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, anxious, or simply tired—and that is okay.
