Nice to meet you! I am experienced with the treatment of ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, PTSD, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I have worked in psychiatry for over 17 years. I consider many factors that can lead to mood symptoms, from life circumstances to medical conditions. I embrace a holistic approach to care and I am knowledgeable with supplementation for additional support. I work with adults 18 yrs and older. I also work with LGBTQIA+ individuals.

I will hold space for your process and growth. I offer a tailored approach to treatment that will address your specific needs. Your care may include lifestyle changes, brief therapy interventions, supplementation, and medication management if needed. I believe in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and somatic approaches to healing.
