My approach to therapy

Therapy is a partnering relationship where active listening and clear communication are important. I want to understand your own needs and goals and begin our relationship with that in mind. Safety and trust are very important in our work together and contribute to your success, I am experienced in multiple therapies including person centered approaches, mindfulness, DBT, CBT and marital, couple approaches.
