Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults and older adults navigating grief, major life transitions, serious illness, and addiction—especially when those things are happening all at once. My clients are often in the middle of something big: losing a spouse, managing a cancer diagnosis, stepping back from a career that defined them, or quietly struggling with alcohol in a way they've never admitted out loud. I offer practical, compassionate support that meets you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, structured, and grounded in evidence-based methods including cognitive behavioral therapy and grief-focused interventions. As an oncology-trained social worker, I bring a deep understanding of how illness, loss, and aging intersect. I work collaboratively—I'll share my perspective and ask hard questions, but you always set the direction. I'm here to help you find footing, not tell you what your life should look like.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to hear your story. What's been hardest lately? What have you already tried? What would feel like real progress to you? I'll also walk you through how I work and answer any questions you have about the process. Most clients leave our first session feeling less alone—and with a clearer sense that there's actually a path forward.
