Great to meet you!

Welcome. I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, life transition's, aging, grief, and other emotional challenges. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will identify goals and develop supportive practical strategies to help you live your best life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs and experiences. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you will feel heard, understood and empowered. Drawing from evidence based approaches, I help you develop practical coping strategies, process difficult emotions, strengthen resilience, and connect with what matter most to you. I have special interest in supporting individuals facing serious illness, grief, caregiving challenges, life transitions, anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace and feel comfortable asking questions. Together we will explore your concerns, identify your strengths, and begin discussion goals for therapy. Many clients leave the first session with a clearer understanding of their challenges and a plan for moving forward.
