Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working with people struggling with a number of issues. I provide individual psychotherapy in a warm, supportive atmosphere and I approach clients with compassion and an open mind.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approaches. These techniques are evidence based and very effective in treating a variety of conditions. These approaches help to recognize patterns that are not working for you and to modify those patterns. I have experience in a number of areas with particular expertise in anxiety, obsessive compulsive and tic disorders (certified in CBIT by the Tourette Association of America) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.

What you can expect from me

Therapy sessions should help you to gain insights and to change your perspective.

In session and afterward you should feel heard and understood. You should also feel comfortable and confident that you will are taking steps toward making changes that will move you toward your goals.
