Hi, welcome! Let's be real, the past couple of years have had the potential to expose so many of us to pain, grief, fear, anxiety, depression, loneliness and strained relationships. If you're presently experiencing some of this, I'm here to walk alongside you to help you find hope, peace, healing and restoration you for yourself and relationships. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that has had the privilege of working with adolescents, college students, adults, elderly and couples.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to your specific needs, including, but not limited to: cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to help you develop change and make desired progress in your life. My heart is to help you maneuver through life's difficulties towards hope, restoration, and joy. I look forward to connecting with you and working together.

To achieve this, we will together as a team, identifying goals and challenging areas that may be contributing towards lack of movement towards your desired goals.
