Great to meet you!

Over the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with teens, adults, couples, and families through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Many of the people who find me arrive feeling worn down — by anxiety that won't quiet, relationships that feel stuck, or the slow build of stress that's pulled them away from the life they wanted. Whether you're a teen trying to make sense of who you are, a couple looking for your way back to each other, or an adult quietly carrying more than anyone realizes, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and rooted in a holistic view of wellness — I believe therapy works best when it's shaped around the person in front of me, not pulled from a one-size-fits-all method. We'll draw from different tools and perspectives based on what actually fits your needs. After years of practice in both private and clinical settings, I've found that real change happens when clients feel genuinely heard and have a steady, collaborative partner in the room.

What you can expect from me

If you've been thinking about reaching out, consider this your sign. In our first session, we'll talk through what's weighing on you and start building a plan to move forward — at a pace that feels right for you. I'd be glad to hear from you whenever you're ready.
