Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. from George Washington University and postdoctoral training from New York Hospital - Westchester Division (now New York Presbyterian). I have been working with clients for 25+ years and have extensive experience treating anxiety, stress, relationship issues and trauma.

I specialize in working with people who are dealing with health related anxiety and the mind-body connection. I help clients manage symptoms and feel more in control of their experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients in an empowering and supportive way to help utilize strengths and build a healthier self. We work together in partnership to improve quality of life.

I use a variety of techniques that are always tailored to your individual needs. These can include developing skills for managing anxiety, mindfulness practice and exploring and understanding difficult emotions and experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients who work with me find ways to better regulate emotions, have more control over thoughts and feelings and feel more centered.
