I have worked for 24+ years as a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. Some of the areas that I have extensive experience in include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, relationship problems, self-esteem, women's issues, substance use disorders, family relationships, career issues, unique and diverse cultural issues, to name just a few. I am also experienced working with specialized populations such as Children and Adolescents and Geriatric Clients.

My approach is person-centered and humanistic. We each have within us the capability of healing ourselves with the right guidance and support. I focus on finding peoples inner strengths and how best to utilize them.
