Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you don't have to keep holding everything together.

Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed to the people they love. They're balancing careers, motherhood, relationships, and countless responsibilities, yet internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted.

I specialize in supporting overwhelmed working moms and high-achieving women navigating anxiety, postpartum mental health, fertility and IVF, burnout, and major life transitions. I also provide culturally responsive therapy for AAPI adults navigating family expectations, identity, and cultural stress.

I hope that you'll feel understood from the very beginning and know you don't have to carry everything on your own.

My approach to therapy

Many of the women I work with look like they're holding everything together on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted. They often come to therapy wanting more than just a place to vent—they want to better understand themselves, quiet a mind that rarely slows down, and find practical ways to feel more grounded in everyday life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, while tailoring therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Together, we'll make sense of the patterns contributing to anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or emotional overwhelm. We'll build practical tools that fit your life while also creating space for deeper reflection, self-compassion, and lasting change.

I strive to create a space where you don't have to have everything figured out or keep holding everything together. I'll meet you with compassion while gently challenging the patterns that may no longer be serving you, helping you move toward a life that feels calmer, more balanced, and more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to begin understanding your story—not to have everything figured out.

We'll talk about what's been feeling most difficult, what you're hoping will change, and what life has been like for you recently. I'll ask questions to understand your experiences better while making sure you have space to share at your own pace.

I hope that you leave feeling heard and supported, with a clearer understanding of where we can begin. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll create goals together that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.
