Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can be honest, feel heard, and be yourself. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I will work alongside you—not tell you how you should live your life.

I meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their individual needs, goals, and strengths. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, emotional regulation, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to help you develop practical tools, gain greater self-awareness, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes.

Most importantly, I want you to know that your story matters, your feelings are valid, and progress does not have to be perfect. Therapy is a journey, and I am here to support you along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe every client has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and emotional-regulation strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify meaningful goals and develop practical coping skills that clients can use in their everyday lives. My goal is to empower clients to build confidence, strengthen relationships, manage stress and emotions, and create lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

In your first therapy session, you can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. I will get to know you, discuss your current concerns and goals, and begin identifying practical strategies to support your emotional well-being. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship together.
