Great to meet you!

As a clinical psychologist trained in family therapy, I view the person in the context of significant relationships. Life is a journey and we are never finished. As we develop, we naturally review our experience, modify our thinking, and renew our values.

I enjoy walking alongside individuals and families in the process of transformation. Learning new ways to cope with challenges, finding new dimensions within, improving the flow through of talents out into the community of others--these are hallmarks of growth.

My approach to therapy

My experience extends over thirty years in private practice, university, hospital, and in-patient settings. I have also had the privilege of psychological assessment with pastoral candidates. My foundation, "be transformed by the renewal of your mind," (Rom 12:2) has enabled flourishing in persons with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I enhance cognitive behavioral and systems processes with autobiographical re-integration and mapping of life achievements. I look forward to meeting you and creating a unique pathway of transformation that will bring your goals into reality.

What you can expect from me

Clients emerge from therapy with a restored sense of purpose and new-found energy coming from the renewal of values and archiving of old patterns of behavior. The activation or re-activation of talents enables belief in one's own capacity for resilience, endurance, and excellence.
