Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a truly distinctive therapeutic space where you can dive deep into your personal story without judgment. My career has taken me through trauma centers, women’s shelters, crisis intervention, EAP programs, hospice care, and more. These experiences have fueled my passion for guiding people through life’s twists and turns, offering more than just therapy—a space where your journey is honored, and real transformation begins.

My approach to therapy

I understand that life can be overwhelming, especially in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world. Many of us feel disconnected, even as we stay constantly “connected” through social media and texting. My practice offers a safe, HIPAA-compliant space where you can reconnect with yourself and others. Together, we will work on identifying the obstacles holding you back and create a path toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns that influence your emotions and behaviors. My goal is to listen actively, without judgment, and help you explore the root causes of the struggles you’re facing. Our work together will be collaborative, empowering you to understand yourself more deeply and overcome the barriers living a more stress-free life.

Your story matters. You matter. I’m here to help you reclaim your strength and thrive.
