Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified art therapist and LPC based in Philadelphia, PA. I have more than a decade of experience providing group and individual counseling and art therapy. I am also certified in cognitive behavioral therapy and am a certified clinical trauma specialist. I feel passionately about the importance of community care and the deep, transformative potential of creative expression. I’ve personally experienced how art can be a tool for processing trauma and making sense of life’s challenges. I believe every person has a unique and valuable perspective to share, and that your voice matters.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I lead with kindness, compassion, and humor. I believe that connection is the foundation of healing. I have particular interest and training in trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, creative expression, and mindfulness. I aim to meet you where you are and tailor our work together to your unique needs while supporting you to feel heard, empowered, and build self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I would like for us to begin to get to know one another. I will share a bit about myself and what therapy with me can look like. I will ask you about what has brought you here and what your priorities are for our work together. Together, we will develop a plan to achieve your goals.
