Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician who helps women navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional weight of being everything to everyone.

Many of my clients are successful, capable women who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.

They are often balancing careers, relationships, caregiving, motherhood, or major life changes while struggling to prioritize themselves.

While I specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, birth trauma, and pregnancy or infant loss, you do not need to be a parent to work with me. I support women across the lifespan who are ready to stop surviving and start feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck, build effective coping strategies, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in helping women navigate life's most meaningful and challenging transitions. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, managing anxiety, recovering from trauma, facing relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

I provide a warm, supportive, and practical approach that helps you understand what's contributing to your distress, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self compassion. My goal is not just to help you feel better, but to help you feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brought you here. We'll talk about the challenges you're facing, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different in your life.

You'll be met with compassion, respect, and a supportive space where you can share openly at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals, and discuss practical steps to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported.

Many clients leave their first session feeling lighter, with a better understanding of what they're experiencing and the reassurance that they don't have to navigate it alone
