Great to meet you!

The most important part of therapy for me is to provide a warm, safe and comfortable environment for my clients. My goal is to help the client to identify small steps toward treatment goals.

My approach to therapy

My most common therapy techniques I use is client centered therapy approach. I start where the client is most comfortable and work on building a safe environment for the client. I use an eclectic approach that each client is different and has different needs. My goal is to help the client identify the fact that sometimes therapy is identifying the small steps that a client is making towards their treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

My first session with you will be working on getting to know each other. I will ask questions regarding past history of mental symptoms and treatment. In order to help my clients to identify support people, start to identify strengths, identify treatment goals and work on helping clients to feel safe in working with me as a therapist.
