Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Susan and I would be honored to help you through this time in your life. I have a passion for holding space for others, working through things and beliefs that are holding them back and balancing how to move forward. I specialize in working with women navigating life changes like relationships, children and perimenopause and menopause.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relaxed, active listening, and a genuine desire to help others to rediscover themselves again. I also use humor to help ease things. My clients would describe me as being a "real person" who "just gets it". I never pretend to have all the answers, but together we can work on a plan to get you back in balance.

What you can expect from me

I never take for granted how hard it is to open up to a stranger and be vulnerable. It is an honor to be a part of your journey and I thank you so much for allow me be a part of that.
