Great to meet you!

I became a licensed professional counselor because I have a passion in helping others to overcome life's challenges they are facing. I have worked in the field of mental health and substance abuse since 2013. I’ve also helped individuals who have presented with past traumas or adverse life experiences including abusive relationships and health issues. I enjoy working with various populations, including clients with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of methodologies to help you develop effective strategies and coping skills that can improve mood and address issues. I also use a side of humor at times when needed to bring joy and built rapport. I will meet you where you are at by focusing on your needs and collaborating with each individual client.

What you can expect from me

I will help clients using solution focused, CBT and mindfulness strategies to improve mood and function. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and significant reductions in feelings of distress. As a therapist I will help you to navigate through the challenges and stress of life with complete empathy and confidentiality.
