Great to meet you!

I use an integrative approach to therapy with clients. Having been in the mental health field for 20 years, I have acquired a variety of skills that weave a wonderful fabric of healing for clients. Beginning with my training as an Art Therapist, adding certifications in mindfulness, yoga, food as medicine, Community Herbalism and eco therapy, I find the universal thread in my approach is curiosity. There are so many unique ways the human spirit can heal from pain and suffering.

My approach to therapy

I offer a variety of traditional, creative, mind-body and Integrative approaches to healing. My mental health practices are rooted in attachment theory, supported by neuroscience research, with a trauma informed focus and a strong belief in the power of relationships. I also offer Integrative approaches to wellness including a full treatment plan of holistic options uniquely crafted for each client.

What you can expect from me

My work begins with connection. Knowing who you are and what healing changes you want in your life. Beginning any therapeutic process is a big first step in connecting with your inner self. In order for a personal connection to grow, there needs to be a relationship between the clinician and client. This is the foundation for strong personal growth.
